Forms of Payment
Fashion Bandit accepts American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or regular account payments through
PayPal. We use PayPal as our payments provider as they are the trusted source for internet payments. Fashion
Bandit will not see any of your sensitive financial information.
SHIPPING
Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Items that are in stock take up to 2 business days to process.
All shipments are shipped through the United States Postal Services which takes an additional 3-5 days. Arriving to
the customer within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturday or Sunday) from the date of your order.
You will be issued a tracking number through the email that was provided at checkout.
The USPS places all mail in the mailbox unless you are required to sign for a package. If your package is not there
but states delivered you will need to file a claim with the United States Postal Service.
PREORDERS
PreOrders are items that will be stocked within the next 30 day or less. The actual date of arrival or shipment cannot
be guaranteed.
Pre Orders will ship when they become available. Please contact Fashion Bandit with concerns or questions at
PreOrders holds your size and color for the expected shipment. In the event that the particular style is not available a
full refund will be issued.
RETURN POLICY
FASHION BANDIT DOES NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS!
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSNIESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOR RETURN.
Exchanges are accepted for unworn undamaged items with all tags still attached.
We exchange for store credit within 7 days of your item being delivered to you.
Please check your items fit and quality immediately after receiving it and contact us via email if there are any issues.
All items must be returned unworn, without stain or blemishes and free of any odors or fragrance.
When returning your items, please email [email protected] with your tracking information.
If you are exchanging for a different size, style or color, PLEASE WRITE WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO
EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ON YOUR INVOICE AND PLACE IT WITH YOUR RETURN.
Once your item is received we will send an email stating your store credit amount. Please retain this email until you
have used this store credit.
Please send an email to hold your exchange while your return is in route.
